TLC Farm is a community-based initiative focused on supporting individuals who need additional guidance, structure, and opportunity in their daily lives.

Hands-on work helps people stay engaged and build confidence. From gardening to small projects, participants learn by doing and build skills over time.

Getting out into the community is key. We support participation in events, outings, and social activities that build connection and confidence.

We create opportunities for individuals to take part in real-world activities that match their abilities, helping build independence through meaningful experiences.

Life skills are built through consistency — from daily routines to making healthy choices — helping individuals grow in confidence and independence over time.

Charles was known as a local superstar — someone who brought energy, humor, and connection everywhere he went. Through friendship, shared experiences, and opportunities like rock climbing and starting his own firewood trailer, Charles stayed active, engaged, and deeply connected to his community.

Rolly’s story is built on consistency, trust, and showing up over time. Through a mix of everyday routines and new experiences — from farm work to outings and travel — he continues to stay active, build skills, and grow in ways that matter to him.
TLC Farm grew out of years of hands-on work supporting individuals with special needs and others who need additional guidance, structure, and opportunity.
After entering recovery in 2011, Mitchell Wilson began working in the nonprofit space, helping individuals build life skills, find employment, and stay engaged in their communities. Over time, it became clear that many people simply needed a consistent environment where they could show up, learn, and grow.
TLC Farm was created to provide that space.
